Maintenance Requests

See a problem - open App

Tap Create Button - Tap on Maintenance request

Fill out maintenance tempate - Submit Request

Stay connected to the request and converse with the maintenance team untill the problem has been solved

Resolved Maintenance request - Stay Happy :)

Package Receipt

Need to notify community members — Open App

Tap Create Button — Tap on package reciept

Search Package recipitent — Customize message & Send

Track and record all package receipts made

Guest Notification (IPad Only)

Download S2S Notify — Login using admin access

Set up an IPad in a convenient spot for guests to access

When guest arrives they select who they are here to see

Then they fill out personal information — Then send out noticatifcation to selected community membet

If the guest arrives and there is nobody to assist them they can tap for assistance which will send a notification to the community admin

Create an Event

Create an event — Open App

Tap on Create Button — Tap on Make Event

Fill out the Event Details— Post it out to the community

Allow for an RSVP Option and manage the event

See event in community calendar and add to any event to any calendar application

Marketplace

Need to sell or buy something — Open App

Navigate to the marketplace to browse available items for sale in the community

Want to sell somthing — Tap Create Button — Tap List Items or Skills

Fill out the item’s information and put a price tag on it

Create more tems and or manage current items

Deals Center

Someone wants to promote a deal in your community?

Send them a link that walks them through a deal creating process

Either accept or deny the deal once submitted for review

Split half the revenue that comes directly from the accepted deal

The Deals will be visible to all community members in the deals center

Reservation

Need to rerserve a community space — Open App

Tap Create Button — Tap Reserve Space

Find a Space — Find a Time Slot — Book it!

Recieve a confirmation message and a calendar attachment

30 min before the reservation a friendly reminder will be pushed out

Get to your reserved space — record all transactions

Direct Message

Start a new conversation — Open App

Tap Create Button — Tap on Direct Message

Find a person to chat with — Start Convo in a beautiful interface
